3 reasons not to block GPTBot from crawling your site

There’s much more to gain than lose by embracing GPTBot. Explore three primary benefits of adopting OpenAI’s bot technology.

The use of GPTBot is the next stage in ChatGPT's explosive growth. Crawling webpages is a new feature of OpenAI's technology that enhances ChatGPT's capabilities. Although it's not entirely evident, AI improvement appears to be beneficial. There are moral and legal concerns with the technology. The introduction of GPTBot has brought these issues to light because many well-known brands are restricting it rather than utilising its potential.

4 SEO tips to elevate the user experience

Integrating SEO into your CX strategy can improve organic visibility and rankings. But don't let it overshadow user-centric design.

Brands and businesses must balance optimizing their online presence through SEO with providing an excellent customer experience. This raises the question – can SEO redefine client experience, or does it risk overshadowing other important elements of the customer journey? While SEO is key for visibility and accessibility, companies must be careful not to prioritize it over user experience or broader marketing strategy. Make sure that your SEO efforts align with broader marketing initiatives to cultivate brand loyalty and nurture meaningful customer relationships.

Google Chrome updates search suggestions

Google Chrome will now show you what others are searching for in the search box and search suggestions will show more image thumbnails.

Google Chrome is currently releasing updates to enhance and modify the search recommendations displayed in the browser's search bar. With its "people also search for" feature, Google will display the searches that other users have made. Additionally, Google will display picture thumbnails for a few Chrome search options. Many of these capabilities, in my opinion, have been available for many years in the main Google.com search interface. When you connect to your Google account, the search bar will display what other people are looking for. According to Google, "based on similar things others are looking for, you'll see suggestions in the Google Search box related to your previous searches."
